BiblioBus Request Form


Thank you for your interest in having Sonoma County Library be a part of your community event. We would love to learn more about your event and work together so that we can best share information about our resources and opportunities that support your goals.

If you would like to request the library to attend your event, please submit this form at least 30 days prior to your event. We will contact you about your request within 5 days with any questions or discussions of availability.

Please note that the BiblioBus (Sonoma County Library’s bookmobile) availability is limited. Outreach staff may determine that your event would be better served without the BiblioBus.

The BiblioBus is 29’ long, 8’ wide and 10’ tall. It requires 4 parking spaces worth of space, in addition to a flat parking surface.

Events may be cancelled due to weather conditions, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

For Sonoma County Library to participate in any event, the event must be free to the public. Staff must have access to restrooms while at the event.
